About the Role

LEORON Institute is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for transforming ideas and information into engaging and professional visual materials, primarily supporting Talent Development programs such as Waaed and Scholarship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design presentations and program materials for various initiatives.
• Create visual communications, including posters and announcements.
• Support Talent Development initiatives by producing creative and consistent designs.
• Transform content into clear, polished, and engaging visual formats.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint with a strong understanding of presentation design principles.
• Strong command of graphic design tools.
• Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail in design work.
• Effective visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests concurrently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Experience

This role requires 0-1 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
