About the Role

GREENLAND GROUP is seeking a Greenhouse Operation Supervisor to oversee daily operations within high-tech, controlled-environment greenhouses. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on managing labor and ensuring efficient production of various vegetable crops while maintaining consistent quality and yield.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily greenhouse operations for main vegetable crops including tomato, strawberry, pepper, lettuce, and cucumber.
• Organize and supervise daily tasks for greenhouse workers and labor teams.
• Manage hydroponic, irrigation, and fertigation programs tailored to specific crop types and growth stages.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and biosecurity standards within the greenhouse environment.
• Maintain accurate daily operational records and prepare comprehensive production reports.
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance, logistics, and supply teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in greenhouse operations.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising daily operations within high-tech, controlled-environment greenhouses.
• Proven ability to manage labor teams and optimize production processes for vegetable crops.
