About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced Greenhouse Supervisor Agriculture to manage daily greenhouse operations, crop production, and overall farm activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a candidate with hands-on experience in greenhouse farming and strong knowledge of crop management.

Role Overview

The Greenhouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of greenhouse operations, ensuring efficient crop production and maintaining high standards of plant health and environmental control. The role involves direct supervision of farm workers and coordination with management to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily greenhouse operations and farming activities.
• Monitor crop growth, irrigation, fertilization, and plant health.
• Manage planting, harvesting, pruning, and other crop-related activities.
• Monitor greenhouse temperature, humidity, ventilation, and environmental conditions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of irrigation and greenhouse systems.
• Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks.
• Identify and report pests, diseases, and crop-related issues.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and equipment.
• Follow agricultural, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with farm management to achieve production targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in greenhouse farming.
• Strong knowledge of crop management practices.
• Experience level: 2-5 years in a relevant agricultural role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly within greenhouse facilities and overseeing outdoor farm activities as required.
