About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, * is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and seamless experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to provide a wide range of services and manage operational needs to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for guiding guests throughout their stay and ensuring the highest standards of service. This includes:

• Offering a wide range of services to support guests throughout their stay.
• Handling various operational needs efficiently.
• Responding promptly and effectively to guest requests.
• Preparing necessary reports.
• Sharing information on local points of interest with guests.
• Creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Protecting company assets.
• Respecting and upholding quality standards.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.
• Performing tasks that involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.
• Executing all assigned tasks perfectly to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications and Requirements
