About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactive engagement with guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met and transactions are seamlessly integrated into their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking initiative to offer a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Handling operational needs efficiently.
• Responding promptly and effectively to guest requests.
• Preparing necessary reports.
• Sharing information about local points of interest.
• Ensuring guests perceive transactions as an integral part of their overall experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Ability to take initiative and provide comprehensive guest support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

The Guest Experience Expert role involves physical activity and requires the ability to perform the following tasks:

• Being on your feet and moving around for extended periods (standing, sitting, or walking).
• Engaging in hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.
• Performing all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and business continuity.
