Head Bartender

About the Role

Edition is seeking a Head Bartender to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service in food and beverage, extending beyond basic meal service to encompass the entire dining interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during meals.
• Setting tables, communicating effectively with the kitchen, and interacting with guests.
• Serving guests and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Upholding a safe workplace environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, particularly related to menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
