St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Human Resources Executive Administration. This full-time position is located in the Red Sea region, contributing to the operational excellence of the hotel group.

Role Summary

The Human Resources Executive Administration supports the Human Resources department by assisting in the monitoring and tracking of employee relations issues, including their resolution and follow-up. This role provides essential support to management and the leadership team in handling and resolving various Human Resources matters, ensuring compliance and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
• Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations.
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Disseminate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents and I-9's.
• Assist in the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls and record messages.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Communicate professionally and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role requires adherence to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information is paramount. The successful candidate will develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team to achieve common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance is also required for this position.
