HVAC Technician (Specialized in LG VRF System & FAHU)

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician, specializing in LG VRF Systems and FAHU, to join our team in Medina (Al Madinah). This full-time role involves the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The successful candidate will ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, VRF/VRV systems, and split & packaged units, as well as exhaust/fresh air systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
• Diagnose system faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues effectively.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to guide work.
• Ensure proper refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak detection procedures are followed.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, local codes, and project quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and other relevant records.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with a strong focus on LG VRF Systems and FAHU. A solid understanding of HVAC principles, system components, and diagnostic techniques is essential for this role.
