The Role of Import Assistant

The Import Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating all international shipping and customs clearance operations. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the efficient, legal, and timely delivery of cooling equipment and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all international shipping operations.
• Oversee customs clearance processes for imported goods.
• Streamline logistics to ensure efficient delivery of cooling equipment and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international shipping and customs regulations.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of shipments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in import, export, or logistics.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate international shipping processes.
• Experience with customs clearance procedures and regulations.
