Planning, directing, and coordinating all daily operations of the company to ensure the highest quality of meat for customers, achieving maximum efficiency in managing orders (online) and branch operations, while maintaining food safety standards and reducing operational costs. Core tasks and responsibilities: Managing supply chains and inventory: Supervising livestock/meat purchasing operations, ensuring the availability of required quantities and compliance with standards. Order management (online and offline): Ensuring complete coordination between the online store and direct sales branches to guarantee quick execution and prevent stock conflicts. Quality and safety supervision: Monitoring slaughtering, cutting, packaging, and cold storage operations to ensure compliance with health and municipal standards. Fleet and delivery management: Following up with delivery representatives and ensuring the timely arrival of meat to customers in ideal condition (cold chains). Performance development: Analyzing operational reports to identify weaknesses and reduce waste in meat and resources. Team leadership: Managing and training the workforce (butchers, workers, and drivers) and scheduling work shifts according to order pressure.
