About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator for its upcoming Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the Food & Beverage team, serving as the primary contact for all In-Room Dining orders and guest requests. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional service standards, efficient inter-departmental communication, and a seamless dining experience for guests.

Resort Overview: AMAALA, Saudi Arabia

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast. This property will feature 220 keys, including rooms, suites, and villas with private pools, alongside 26 branded residential villas, all designed to offer bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa, an Organic Spa Garden with therapeutic remedies, and a bespoke fitness collaboration with Harley Pasternak. Guests and residents will have access to trails for canyoning, guided hikes, mountain biking, equestrian trails, and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and process all In-Room Dining calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Accurately enter guest orders into the resort’s point-of-sale system and communicate special requests to culinary and service teams.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests.
  • Monitor order status and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and guest preferences.
  • Support departmental administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory coordination, and menu updates as required.
  • Uphold Four Seasons service standards, health and safety regulations, and resort policies at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 year of experience is required for this role.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and strong organizational skills.
