About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels Limited is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA. This full-time position is based in Amaala and requires 0-1 years of experience. The In Room Dining Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all In-Room Dining orders and guest requests, ensuring high service standards and efficient communication within the Food & Beverage team.

Role Overview

The In Room Dining Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the in-room dining experience, from order placement to delivery and follow-up. This involves maintaining communication between various departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and process all In-Room Dining calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Accurately enter guest orders into the resort’s point-of-sale system and communicate special requests to the culinary and service teams.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms while ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests.
• Monitor order status and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and guest preferences.
• Support departmental administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory coordination, and menu updates as required.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards, health and safety regulations, and resort policies at all times.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and an enthusiastic approach to guest service are essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Food & Beverage team at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA, located in Amaala.
