About the Role

Abdullah Ibrahim Al Sayegh And Sons Company is seeking an Industrial Engineer Operations to join their team in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on enhancing operational processes within a Water Loss Management and Comprehensive Survey Project.

Role Context and Purpose

The Industrial Engineer – Operations will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, analysis, and improvement of operational processes. The primary objective of this role is to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements to optimize productivity, operational efficiency, and overall project performance within the water loss management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing water loss and leakage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitoring operational performance against established benchmarks and objectives.
• Preparing comprehensive technical and operational reports.
• Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess project progress and efficiency.
• Coordinating effectively with field teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date operational databases.
• Identifying process inefficiencies and bottlenecks within project operations.
• Recommending improvements to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall project performance.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering or operations management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Medina, Saudi Arabia, requiring direct engagement with project operations and field teams.
