Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking a Kids For All Seasons Supervisor to join its team at the upcoming Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Four Seasons is committed to delivering luxury experiences through a team that values mutual respect and genuine service. The AMAALA resort, located on Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast, is designed to offer a distinctive guest experience, featuring 220 keys including rooms, suites, and private villas, alongside 26 branded residential villas. The property will also include a luxury spa, a bespoke fitness collaboration, and extensive outdoor activities across 300 hectares of natural terrain.

The Role of Kids For All Seasons Supervisor

The Kids For All Seasons Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Kids For All Seasons team. This full-time position ensures that children staying at the resort engage in a safe, enjoyable, and enriching environment through a variety of creative and educational activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and provide training for Kids For All Seasons Attendants.
• Plan and supervise daily activities, games, and programs for children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under supervision at all times.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's activities and welfare.
• Oversee the maintenance of activity areas, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational readiness and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in childcare, recreation, or the hospitality sector.
