KUKA Arm Operator

About the Role

Amsy is seeking a KUKA Arm Operator to join their team. This full-time role involves operating and monitoring KUKA robotic arms to ensure efficient and continuous production processes. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust robot parameters in accordance with production requirements.
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with specified standards and requirements.
• Identify operational issues and robot faults, coordinating with the Maintenance Team as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the proper condition of mechanical and electrical components.
• Monitor and operate automation and control systems integrated with the production line.
• Oversee sensors, motors, PLC systems, and other electrical and control components related to the robotic system.
• Record production data, robot performance metrics, and any operational issues encountered.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure full adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in operating industrial production machinery; direct experience with KUKA robotic arms is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in operating and programming industrial robots and automation systems.
• Good knowledge of Automation, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical machine systems.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, operating manuals, and machine instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment and meet production and quality targets.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, quality guidelines, and safe operating procedures.
