About Wood
Wood is seeking a Lead Quality & Inspection Plant to join its team. This full-time role will support projects within the business, specifically contributing to the development of a new gold mine and processing facility located at a remote site in Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
The Lead Quality & Inspection Plant will be responsible for managing quality aspects across their assigned organization and the services provided. This involves ensuring compliance with the Wood Business Management System (BMS) and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of all quality aspects within the respective organization and its services.
- Identify and engage regularly with key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather performance feedback.
- Support effective planning and allocation of resources, including personnel and budgets, to achieve agreed objectives and deliverables.
- Implement the Wood Business Management System (BMS) across the organization, ensuring its effective application, monitoring compliance, and facilitating improvements.
- Ensure consistent and effective implementation of quality supporting systems (*, NCR, improvement actions, lessons learned).
- Support tender and proposal activities for the organization.
- Plan and execute risk-based assurance plans, escalating significant findings to program/project leaders.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance data, reporting themes and trends to senior leaders and initiating interventions as required.
- Ensure quality support through Supply Chain processes to achieve right first-time delivery of products and services.
- Gather and act upon customer feedback to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
