Leasing Specialist

About the Role

Bayut, a part of Dubizzle Group and a leading property portal, is seeking a Leasing Specialist. This full-time role involves generating and converting leads for various coworking and flexible workspace solutions, including private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and event spaces. The Leasing Specialist will manage the complete leasing cycle, contributing to occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for coworking services.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries from various channels.
• Conduct professional tours and presentations of the coworking space to potential clients.
• Recommend suitable workspace solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and lease agreements.
• Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines to convert inquiries into signed agreements.
• Achieve assigned monthly leasing, occupancy, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, clients, and leasing status.
• Coordinate with management on space availability, pricing, and leasing strategies.
• Manage the reception area and welcome clients, visitors, and prospective tenants.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer inquiries.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and workspace reservations.
• Support existing tenants with daily requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, renewals, expansions, and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, contracts, payments, and client information.
• Promote and upsell additional services.
• Monitor the presentation and operational readiness of the coworking space.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of proven experience in lead follow-up, client presentations, negotiations, and closing agreements is preferred.
• Experience in the Riyadh or Saudi commercial real estate/coworking market is an advantage.
• Knowledge of coworking and flexible workspace products, office leasing processes, pricing, occupancy, and customer service standards.
• Understanding of basic leasing documentation, quotations, agreements, renewals, and payment follow-up.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and digital communication channels.
