Accor is seeking a Lobby Ambassador for Fairmont The Red Sea, a property within the Kingdom's Red Sea Project. This project features two nature-focused resorts, including Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, which offers 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, and a spa. The dining options include an overwater restaurant with views of the Red Sea and mangroves.

Role Summary

The Lobby Ambassador serves as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and is open to Saudi Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests as required.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests.
• Support service recovery efforts by addressing guest concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• This position is designated for Saudi Nationals.
