The Welcome Ambassador is responsible for guiding guests through their stay, ensuring their needs are met, and making all interactions seamless and professional.

Physical Demands

The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Welcome Ambassadors will engage in hands-on tasks, which involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Assistance will be required for objects weighing more than 75 pounds.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. The ability to perform all job duties consistently and effectively is essential for guest satisfaction and business success.
