The Role: Logistics Quality Improvement Post

This full-time position is for a Logistics Quality Improvement Post at **** The role involves systematically developing and maintaining quality standards within logistics operations, with a focus on ensuring delivery quality meets or surpasses targets. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and will contribute to shaping global supply chain and logistics through work with smart warehousing, autonomous delivery, and innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematically establish and build the quality standard system, independently managing the full-cycle quality of one business line, including planning, control, and continuous improvement.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify quality issues and potential risks, producing analytical reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis for common operational exceptions (*, shipment detention, loss, damage), propose on-site improvements, drive rectification, and track effectiveness.
• Ensure business activities comply with company quality standards and participate in operational self-inspections. Establish regular quality monitoring, analyze quality incidents and customer complaints, and promote corrective and preventive actions.
• Make proactive arrangements for planned operational fluctuations (*, holidays, promotions, government events, extreme weather), including resource coordination, strategy formulation, in-process intervention, result review, and experience accumulation.
• Respond immediately to unplanned operational fluctuations (*, sudden disasters, public opinion incidents, epidemics), adjust strategies, assess risk impact, and mobilize resources for remediation. Coordinate recovery from anomalies (delivery delays, damaged parcels, lost shipments) and handle urgent customer needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with business metrics to support daily work.
• Familiarity with end-to-end logistics operations or Saudi local market operations. Candidates with 0-to-1 mechanism building experience are preferred.
• Ability to manage service quality, operational compliance, exception rate control, and continuous improvement in logistics operations. Drive KPI delivery for transportation, warehousing, and delivery (including damage rate, picking error rate, on-time fulfillment rate, customer complaint rate) through data analysis and on-site audits.
• Good English language skills. Candidates with experience at local Chinese enterprises such as Keeta, J&T, and Imile are preferred.
