About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor who is a Saudi national to join their team. This full-time role involves overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and secure rooms, assisting guests with room access as needed.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV) and alarm systems.
• Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
• Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, responding to accidents, contacting EMS, or administering first aid/CPR as required.
• Gather information and complete detailed reports, maintaining confidentiality of documents and releasing information only to authorized individuals.
• Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures and resolve safety hazard situations.
• Handle all interruptions and complaints, and escort unwelcome persons from the property.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and call for assistance using proper code responses.
• Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.

Operational Duties

• Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Complete safety training and certifications, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats (*, small print) and visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Proficiency in entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
• Capability to move at a speed required to respond to work situations (*, run, walk, jog), and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
• Skill in grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a loss prevention or security role.
• Saudi national.
• Ability to complete safety training and certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements for this position.
