About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor - Saudi National to join their team in a full-time capacity. This role involves ensuring the security and safety of the property, guests, and employees through various preventative and responsive measures. The supervisor will be responsible for patrolling all areas, securing rooms, and assisting guests with access, while also managing emergency situations and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access.
  • Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
  • Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV) and alarm systems.
  • Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, responding to accidents, contacting EMS, or administering first aid/CPR as required.
  • Gather information, complete reports, and maintain confidentiality of documents, releasing information only to authorized individuals.
  • Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures and resolve safety hazard situations.
  • Handle all interruptions and complaints, and escort unwelcome persons from the property.
  • Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and call for assistance using proper code responses.
  • Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to read and visually verify information, inspect tools/equipment, enter and locate work-related information using computers/POS systems. Must be able to move at a speed required to respond to work situations (*, run, walk, jog), stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance (and objects over 75 pounds with assistance). The role also requires grasping, turning, and manipulating objects, moving through narrow/confined/elevated spaces, and over sloping/uneven/slippery surfaces, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the EDITION team. The role requires active engagement across various property areas, including responding to emergencies and maintaining a visible security presence. Some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements for this position.
