Management & Professional Trainer

About the Role

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Management & Professional Trainer to join the Leadership Development Division (LDD) within the Management & Professional Development Department (M&PDD). This full-time role focuses on providing employees with learning experiences that encourage the immediate application of leadership skills and capabilities aligned with business needs.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a facilitator for division heads, unit heads, supervisors, and professional employees. The trainer will specialize in leadership, management, and supervisory training, with a focus on conducting higher-level management training courses and other learning experiences, both in-person and virtually.

Key Responsibilities

• Present structured content to inspire participants.
• Conduct leadership, management, and supervisory courses and learning content, both in-person and virtually.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on leadership, management, and supervisory soft skills.
• Collaborate with learning professionals on the development of new course material.
• Review curriculum and recommend state-of-the-art training aids and techniques, including digital and interactive systems.
• Assist in other divisional activities related to training.
• Conduct classroom training and support field training activities.
• Practice characteristics of effective teaming consistently.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree from a recognized and approved program is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in delivering training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development.
• Experience in preparing classroom learning environments and conducting training for 5 to 100 participants.
• Proven experience as a workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skills.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.
• Experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supervising teams or leading large projects.

Required Skills

• Ability to prepare a training classroom environment, conduct courses, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
• Expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training sessions.
