Role Overview

The Manager, Maintenance and Operations Support, will ensure that all destination facilities and infrastructure operate at peak performance. This full-time role involves leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of both preventive and reactive maintenance programs. The Manager will oversee technical operations across MEP systems, attractions, utilities, and water treatment facilities, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment reliability. This position is critical for minimizing downtime, enhancing asset longevity, and supporting smooth integration between engineering, operations, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules across all facility systems.
• Manage MEP systems, ride equipment, and pool water treatment systems (freshwater & seawater).
• Oversee asset inspections and service records using a CMMS.
• Supervise internal technicians and outsourced maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, OEM standards, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with the Project Delivery team to highlight and resolve all defect findings during the DLP period.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and implement corrective actions, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Maintain inventory tracking and manage critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Report maintenance KPIs to leadership and recommend lifecycle improvements.
• Lead technical audits, inspections, and condition assessments for infrastructure and attractions.
• Collaborate on CAPEX planning and recommend upgrades or asset replacements based on performance and lifespan.
• Ensure proper calibration, testing, and maintenance of safety and control systems.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Engineering Department strategies aligned with Adrena's operational objectives.
• Develop the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.
• Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
• Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in maintenance and operations support.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
• Experience with MEP systems, ride equipment, and water treatment facilities.
• Proficiency in using CMMS for asset management and record keeping.
• Strong understanding of safety codes, OEM standards, and regulatory compliance.
