About the Role

Rua Al Madinah Holding is seeking a Manager, Risk & Business Continuity to join their team in Medina. This full-time position involves overseeing and enhancing the company's risk management and business continuity frameworks.

Role Overview

The Manager, Risk & Business Continuity will be responsible for facilitating the comprehensive risk management process. This includes identifying, assessing, treating, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on risks that may impact the company. The role also supports the development and implementation of robust Risk and Business Continuity Management Frameworks, including related documentation such as strategy, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk identification and assessment processes.
• Provide support throughout the risk management lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and emergency preparedness plans.
• Monitor risk appetite and organizational performance against risk objectives.
• Prepare and present risk reporting and management information.
• Contribute to planning and budgeting for risk management functions.
• Develop and maintain policies, systems, processes, procedures, and standards related to risk and business continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
