About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with proofreading advertising copy, contributing to marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and coordinating internal projects for timely execution.
• Assist with sales documentation, including preparing booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to facilitate the sales process.
• Perform daily office operations, providing administrative support such as data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations.
• Support special projects by assisting with the coordination of departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments as required.
