The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the marketing department's objectives and managing daily office operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including proofreading advertising copy and supporting marketing campaigns.
• Maintain the department calendar and coordinate internal projects to ensure timely completion.
• Support the sales process by preparing booking reports, contracts, proposals, and client call summaries.
• Assist with loyalty point postings.
• Perform daily office operations, including data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping.
• Provide administrative support for special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
