About the Role

GREENLAND GROUP is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor AYTB SA to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing mechanical and piping installation, fabrication, maintenance, and testing activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical and piping construction activities on site.
• Lead and coordinate foremen, pipe fitters, welders, and mechanical technicians.
• Review P&IDs, isometric drawings, GA drawings, and project specifications.
• Plan daily work, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure fabrication, installation, alignment, and hydrostatic testing are carried out correctly.
• Inspect piping supports, valves, pumps, and mechanical equipment installation.
• Enforce HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work complies with codes and standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and work completion records.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, QA/QC, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in mechanical supervision. The position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and piping systems, as well as the ability to lead a team effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, where the Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for on-site supervision and coordination of construction activities.
