About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager (PMC) to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for projects located in Al Ula and Medina. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to act as the client's representative, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, installation, and execution of MEP systems. This involves acting as the primary liaison between the client and all project stakeholders, ensuring client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled. The role includes developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and coordinating with architects and engineers for seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall construction.

Key responsibilities include managing and supervising MEP contractors and subcontractors, monitoring MEP system installations for quality and adherence to specifications, and conducting regular progress meetings. The Project Manager will also oversee budget and cost control, including expenditure approval and mitigation of cost overruns. Quality assurance, risk management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards are critical aspects of this role. Effective coordination and communication among all parties, along with accurate documentation and record-keeping, are essential for project success.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering. A minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP construction management, preferably within a PMC setting, is required. A proven track record of managing building projects is essential. Relevant certifications, such as PMP or LEED, may be advantageous.
