About the Role

Harjai Technologies is seeking an Offshore Inspector to join our team in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with a background in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and significant experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The role involves working offshore on a rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of mechanical or electrical equipment and installations.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and safe working practices during all operations.
• Coordinate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
• Offshore Oil & Gas experience is preferred; candidates with onshore experience willing to work offshore will also be considered.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and safe working practices.
• Must be medically fit for offshore deployment.

Mechanical Discipline Requirements

• Experience with pumps, compressors, valves, piping, and various mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment condition monitoring.

Electrical Discipline Requirements

• Experience with motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, distribution panels, and electrical installations.
• Knowledge of electrical inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical safety procedures.

Work Environment

This role is based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and requires a willingness to work offshore on a rotational schedule. The position is full-time, and salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
