About the Personal Host Role

This full-time role focuses on providing a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Personal Hosts are empowered to deliver a wide range of services, guiding guests throughout their stay and ensuring operational needs and guest requests are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Uphold the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to adhere to critical standards for success, including creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, and upholding quality standards. Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication are also required. This role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
