Role Summary: Personal Host

The Personal Host, also referred to as a Guest Experience Expert, is responsible for guiding guests through their entire stay, ensuring a memorable and unique experience beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. This full-time role involves taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services, addressing guest requests, and managing operational needs. The Personal Host integrates transactional tasks into the overall guest experience, upholding the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton.
