About the Role: Project Manager - BT Strategic Projects

CodeNinja Inc is seeking a Project Manager - BT Strategic Projects to lead large-scale strategic transformation projects. This full-time role involves working with a leading Saudi banking client, characterized by high executive visibility and significant cross-functional impact across both business and Business Technology (BT) units. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through closure, ensuring strategic objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic programs from initiation to closure, ensuring all project phases are completed effectively.
• Develop business cases, governance packs, and executive reporting to support project objectives and stakeholder communication.
• Lead cross-functional delivery efforts across various business and BT units, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Manage steering committees, engage senior stakeholders, and handle board-level escalations as required.
• Ensure the realization of strategic benefits and adherence to delivery commitments throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with high executive visibility and cross-functional impact.
• Experience in building business cases and preparing executive reports is preferred.
