About the Role: Information Technology Project Manager

Reef Group, a dynamic and fast-growing organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a full-time Information Technology Project Manager. This role involves managing, planning, and executing digital transformation and technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within approved scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with business departments, technology teams, and vendors, while managing project risks and dependencies to achieve project objectives and support the company's strategic direction toward automation, operational efficiency, and improved user experience.

Core Project Management Responsibilities

• Manage digital transformation and technology projects from requirements assessment through launch and final delivery.
• Develop project plans and define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.
• Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear, measurable, and actionable execution plans.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to understand business needs and define project priorities and requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to approved milestones and timelines.
• Monitor execution with Application, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, and Technical Support teams according to project requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Project Oversight

• Manage relationships with vendors and technology companies, monitoring delivery, scope, and contractual commitments.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, controlling any variances or changes affecting the approved budget.
• Identify project risks, assess their impact, and develop and monitor mitigation plans.
• Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, time, and cost before submitting them for approval.
• Monitor dependencies between projects, systems, and departments, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Lead regular project meetings and follow up on actions, decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Prepare periodic project status reports covering progress, challenges, risks, and key updates for relevant management.
• Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, decisions, approvals, changes, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Deployment, Post-Launch, and Compliance

• Coordinate with business and technology teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and follow up on issues before launch.
• Ensure readiness of launch, operational, training, and support plans before transitioning to the production environment.
• Monitor system or digital solution performance after launch and ensure issues are addressed during the stabilization period.
• Ensure projects comply with technology governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and approved policies.

Project Evaluation and Methodological Improvement

• Measure project outcomes and benefits against predefined objectives and success indicators.
• Document project lessons learned and use them to improve future project management methodologies and practices.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or their delegate.
