This full-time position is critical for driving profitable sales growth and expanding the market presence of the GROHE brand within the country. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience who can achieve annual sales targets and increase market share effectively.

Strategic Sales and Market Development

This position holds collective accountability for the overall delivery of country results and provides leadership within the organization. The Project Manager will be a key contributor to strategic planning for channel development, ensuring the implementation of sales missions aligns with corporate objectives and KPIs, particularly within the project channel.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver the Sales Mission and Project Channel Sales Mission in alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Identify key channels and targets within the region for project business.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects across the country.
• Develop and maintain a database of all key project contacts in the region.
• Prepare reports for senior management detailing project contact information and sales forecasts.

Project Management and Strategic Alignment

• Manage projects by writing and maintaining project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country.
• Ensure local implementation of strategies is in full compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
