About LIXIL and the Project Manager Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager Western Region to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving sales growth and market expansion for GROHE products within the Western Region, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the rapid development of profitable sales growth across all channels in the Western Region, in line with GROHE’s Mission. This includes achieving annual sales targets, driving an increase in market share, and enhancing GROHE's geographical presence within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Be collectively accountable for the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Act as a main contributor to strategic planning for channel development.
• Deliver the Sales Mission and the Project Channel Sales Mission for the country's market, aligned with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Manage projects, including writing and maintaining project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for Saudi Arabia, ensuring local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.

Market Development and Stakeholder Engagement

• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify key channels and targets in the Western Region for project business.
• Forecast accurate project sales by month, quarter, and year.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain a database/records of all key project contacts in the region as required.
• Prepare reports for senior management regarding project activities and market insights.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to maintain GROHE’s quality standards and reputation for excellence while meeting demanding targets.
