Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to join its team. This full-time position involves managing a portfolio of clients and multiple projects, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project management, capable of overseeing complex projects and guiding other project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
• Deliver assigned revenues from specific clients through repeat business driven by project execution.
• Consistently achieve planned profit margins.
• Complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
• Manage projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF).
• Oversee more complex clients and projects.
• Exercise decision-making authority and direct other Project Managers in identifying and mitigating risks and uncertainties.
• Direct staff to operate efficiently and minimize exposure to claims.
• Supervise and direct Project Managers handling multiple projects or programs.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure optimal utilization and cost control.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all assigned projects.
• Mentor and develop junior Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client portfolios.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
