The Role

The Sales Supervisor (Go to market) supports the Sales team in the field by identifying opportunities for improvement and organizing data to generate channel insights. This role focuses on enhancing sales force productivity through performance reporting, supporting ATU/Training Agenda programs, and delivering timely information and insights. The Sales Supervisor also implements Go-to-Market (GTM) solutions to address sales force effectiveness challenges, including customer segmentation and sales resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement GTM solutions, track sales KPIs, and propose corrective actions.
  • Work in the field with sales representatives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support ATU/Training Agenda programs.
  • Maintain existing sales reports and design new reports as required.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of decision-support tools.
  • Act as the primary liaison for sales force automation projects and trends.
  • Ensure daily tasks align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Track the implementation of trade offer activities by channel and region, proposing changes to increase ROI.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and analyze data.
  • Experience in generating sales performance reports and supporting training initiatives.
  • Familiarity with sales force effectiveness strategies, including customer segmentation and resource optimization.
