Role Summary

Accor is seeking a Security Supervisor (Saudi Only) to oversee daily security operations within assigned resort areas. This full-time role involves leading security teams, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and responding to incidents to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas.
• Lead and monitor security officers during patrols, shifts, and post assignments.
• Ensure all access points, entrances, and restricted areas are properly controlled.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment to detect and respond to incidents.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Report and document incidents accurately, escalating issues to the Security Manager when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of resort premises to identify safety or security risks.
• Enforce resort security policies, procedures, and access control standards.
• Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements when required.
• Support crowd control and safety measures during events, peak periods, and special operations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for operational security needs.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records.
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts.
• Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed, trained, and following standards.
• Assist in emergency response situations, including evacuations and drills.
• Monitor contractor, vendor, and visitor access to ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a security supervision role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and monitor security teams.
• Proficiency in monitoring CCTV and alarm systems.
• Strong understanding of security policies, procedures, and access control standards.
• Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
