This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and offers an attractive salary paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The role involves managing complex laundry tasks and ensuring high standards of service within a luxury hotel environment.

About Jumeirah Jabal Omar

Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah is located minutes from Masjid Al Haram, offering comfort and Arabian hospitality. The hotel is spread across four towers and includes various dining venues, retail outlets, a gym, an executive lounge, and meeting spaces. Guests can experience views of the Grand Mosque and a diverse culinary offering.

Responsibilities

Handle complex laundry tasks, including delicate fabrics and special treatments, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, performing minor troubleshooting and reporting issues promptly.
Assist Team Leads in monitoring workflow and ensuring timely completion of laundry operations.
Conduct quality checks on laundered items, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards before delivery.
Support inventory control by tracking linen and uniform usage and reporting shortages.
Train and guide new laundry attendants on proper techniques, safety protocols, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual capable of managing detailed laundry operations and maintaining high service standards.
