About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Precinct Development (Urban Core) to lead the end-to-end development of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct. This full-time role, identified as REQ736, involves overseeing public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets. The position requires a professional capable of balancing commercial outcomes with urban experiences to create vibrant destinations.

Role Context and Objectives

The Senior Manager will be instrumental in guiding development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The primary objective is to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation goals. This role focuses on developing activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and sustained asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Maintain accountability for development outcomes across the entire precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives that align with Urban Core and broader organizational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility studies through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions focused on optimizing long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in development is required for this position.
• Candidates should possess a proven track record as an experienced development professional.
