About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Precinct Development (Mixed-Use - Urban Core). This full-time role (REQ739) involves leading the end-to-end development of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct. The precinct will encompass public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.

Role Overview

The Senior Director will act as the precinct owner on behalf of the client. This position is responsible for leading development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The objective is to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation goals. The role requires an experienced development executive capable of balancing commercial outcomes with urban experiences, focusing on creating activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Maintain accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in development leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex mixed-use developments, including public realm, retail, commercial, and lifestyle assets.
• Proven ability to balance commercial objectives with the creation of urban experiences.
