Role Summary

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a full-time position. This role involves overseeing project execution, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client agreements. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the financial, operational, and human resource aspects of projects, contributing to the company's objectives and maintaining its reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development of KSA national employees to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets, and knowledge dissemination.
• Provide input to Human Resources on succession planning, employee career growth, and organizational structure.
• Conduct team affairs with high standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety, and corporate governance.
• Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics policy and company values across all employees, reinforcing a strong people culture and ethical business practices.
• Manage the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP within the function.
• Represent the organization and enhance relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure agreement implementation.
• Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors regarding the Project Schedule, particularly for MEP.
• Administer financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members.
• Review general contracts and documents, confirm budget setup, and project milestones with the Project Lead.
• Create schedules of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization, including review and validation with team members.
• Review purchasing processes and document control.
• Maintain cost control, buy schedules, write scopes of work, distribute and log subcontracts, write required contract riders and purchase orders, and confirm compliance with project insurance requirements.
• Manage purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, and correspondence with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Attend and chair MEP meetings as necessary to monitor and manage the project.
• Manage requisitions and payments, including lien releases and project payroll, maintaining cash flow and proactively communicating issues.
• Deliver necessary manuals and consolidate project documentation and files.
• Manage subcontractor closeout, utility transfers, owner training, and the punch list process.
• Deliver all warranties, as-builts, and training to the owner.
• Manage work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives, including control of work hours, overtime, and incentive schemes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
