Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing multiple Project Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale or several smaller projects. The role focuses on managing projects to ensure completion on schedule, within or below budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and management to Project Managers (PMs) to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to contractual obligations.
• Initiate and set goals for PMs and projects in alignment with the Country Manager's objectives and corporate strategy.
• Oversee the delivery and overall success of projects, supervise managers, and report progress and performance to the Country Manager.
• Establish program requirements for all project areas and verify deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
• Oversee the establishment of the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other necessary documents.
• Act as the company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during program execution.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Business Development to market and secure additional work with clients.
• Develop and distribute project summaries to all project team members.
• Work with key project personnel to devise and execute action plans to address potential cost overruns, delays, or significant changes to the scope of work, advising the client and company management as needed.
• Promote technical and commercial excellence through the application of Quality Assurance processes.
• Monitor and report to the Country Manager on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions affecting project cost or schedule.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Project Managers across a diverse range of projects.
• Experience in scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of projects.

This role is specifically focused on Luxury Projects, requiring a keen understanding of the unique demands and standards associated with such endeavors. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall scope development, management, and commercial performance to achieve project goals and objectives.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
