Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Specialist - Asset Infrastructure Design is responsible for supporting the design, governance, and strategic planning of Qiddiya's IT infrastructure assets. This full-time position focuses on ensuring secure, scalable, and future-ready technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. The role involves providing technical expertise and contributing to infrastructure architecture initiatives to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and governance of IT infrastructure and technology assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Manage vendor delivery, resolve complex technical and design challenges, ensure compliance with security standards, and oversee infrastructure quality and performance.
• Drive technology strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key stakeholder for cross-functional initiatives, project governance, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the infrastructure design team.

Collaboration and Implementation

This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors. The Senior Specialist will develop and implement infrastructure designs that are aligned with Qiddiya's technology strategy, enterprise standards, and specific project requirements.
