The Role

Mozn is seeking a Senior Specialist, Rewards to join its team. This full-time position involves supporting the design and implementation of rewards strategies and processes, contributing to workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in Rewards or Data Analytics and is currently prioritizing Saudi national candidates in line with Saudization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes, including HR tailored frameworks, programs, and policies.
• Assist business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce plans, and cost management.
• Support and revise job descriptions, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
• Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and review workforce plans.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
• Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools (*, Excel, Tableau).

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Rewards or Data Analytics roles.
• Strong knowledge of current Rewards trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs.

• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
