The Role: Senior Specialist, Rewards

Mozn is seeking a Senior Specialist, Rewards to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves supporting the design and implementation of rewards strategies and processes, contributing to workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes, including HR frameworks, programs, and policies.
• Provide support to business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce planning, and cost management.
• Support and revise job descriptions for positions within the company, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
• Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and review workforce plans.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
• Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in advanced analytical tools for HR reporting (*, Excel, Tableau).
• Understanding of rewards strategies, compensation guidelines, and legal regulations related to employee matters.
