Senior Technical Architect (DPO)

About the Role

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Architect (DPO) for a full-time position. This role involves preparing the technical architecture for RPA solution designs, establishing guidelines for developers, and providing training to the development team for implementation. The Senior Technical Architect will also be responsible for defining testing policies and identifying technical risks along with their mitigation plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of developed solutions.
• Direct and manage a team of skilled technical architects to develop RPA solutions according to design specifications and documented requirements.
• Propose RPA solutions based on given requirements.
• Demonstrate technical leadership and apply in-depth technical knowledge across multiple technology areas.
• Provide "To-Be" solution architecture and collaborate with the IT team to develop deployment architecture.

Technical Leadership and Development

The Senior Technical Architect will play a central role in guiding the development process, ensuring that solutions align with established architectural standards. This includes providing comprehensive training to development teams to facilitate the effective implementation of RPA solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation

A core aspect of this position involves the preparation of detailed technical architecture for RPA solution designs. This includes developing clear guidelines for developers and ensuring the successful deployment of these solutions in collaboration with the IT team.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance

The role requires establishing robust testing policies to maintain solution quality. Furthermore, the Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for proactively identifying potential technical risks and developing effective mitigation plans to address them.
