Role Overview

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Site Facility Manager O&M to join an established building and facilities management contractor in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in facility management. The role involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day Operation & Maintenance activities on site, which may be a remote location.

Operational Management Responsibilities

The Site Facility Manager O&M will oversee critical operational aspects to ensure efficient facility performance and adherence to established standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse operational trends and implement corrective actions as required.
• Ensure that all works are established and maintained within defined Quality Control Standards.
• Apply the principles and techniques of site supervision, including planning, organizing, staffing, leadership, control, and maintaining discipline.
• Structure and maintain effective information and communication flows between all upstream and downstream parties.

Team Leadership and Development

This role requires strong leadership to foster a productive work environment and support personnel development. Specific duties include:

• Provide leadership, maintain positive personnel relations, and offer necessary support to the team.
• Ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned and associated authorizations are properly delegated.
• Manage and monitor training and support programs for Saudi Trainees, as and when required.
• Monitor career development and conduct appraisals for site personnel.

Stakeholder Coordination and Liaison

Effective communication and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders are essential for this position:

• Coordinate and liaise effectively with the Client to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Company’s Project, Operations, and Commercial Management teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in facility management, specifically in Operation & Maintenance activities. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
