Solution Engineer Agentic Platform

About the Role

Intel Corporation is seeking a Solution Engineer — Agentic Platform for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role serves as the technical representative for Intel's Agentic Platform, engaging with customers across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. The Solution Engineer will guide enterprise and government clients through the successful deployment of agentic AI on Intel hardware, contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Strategy for Data and AI (NSDAI).

Role Context and Responsibilities

This position bridges engineering expertise with direct customer engagement. The Solution Engineer will be responsible for conducting technical demonstrations, designing and executing proofs of concept, troubleshooting deployment issues, and gathering field feedback. A key aspect of the role involves facilitating communication between Arabic-speaking customer teams and Intel's global engineering organization to ensure customer value realization from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region (including banking, energy, telecom, and public sectors) to understand their agentic AI use cases and design appropriate solution architectures on Intel hardware.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept at customer sites.
• Support customers in deploying and integrating the Agentic Platform, from initial setup to production rollout, and resolve technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Translate customer requirements, obstacles, and feature requests between Arabic-speaking stakeholders and Intel's globally distributed engineering teams.
• Develop customer-facing technical content in both Arabic and English, including solution briefs, deployment guides, demo scripts, and case studies.
• Provide field insights to the platform team regarding platform performance, missing functionalities, and opportunities for future adoption.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude for understanding and deploying AI solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English for technical and business communication.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, requiring engagement with customers across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. The role involves working closely with both local customer teams and Intel's global engineering organization.
